The activation process differs for new binx customers and returning binx customers.
If you are a returning binx customer and have an existing binx account, you must log in first. Go to https://mybinxhealth.com/login to first login and then enter your order number to activate your kit.
If you are new to binx, the first step is to activate your kit by going to https://mybinxhealth.com/activate. Enter your order number, which is shown on the sample identification label.
The location of your order number is as follows:
For saliva kits, this is the 14-digit code located on the saliva collection tube.
For nasal swab kits, this is the alphanumeric code located on the sample identification label included in your kit.
Upon successful activation, you will receive an email from us. It is important to activate every test before collecting your sample. If you do not activate your kit, your test will be rejected by our lab.
