When you attempt to place an order for a binx at-home STI test, your credit card company will put a temporary hold on your card. This will appear as a charge, even if the payment is declined. The line item will disappear in the next few days. If that does not happen, please contact your credit card company directly as we are unable to make changes to holds or charges placed by your credit card company.

The most common reason for credit cards being declined is a mismatch between the ZIP codes on the billing address and the shipping address. If you've had a charge declined, please verify that the ZIP codes match and try again.
