Don’t worry! If you think the sample collection process went wrong (not enough sampling, contamination, etc.), please call or text our customer support team at 844-MYBINX-1 (844-692-4691), or chat with us by clicking on the icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen. 

More often than not your sample should be OK to process the test. If your sample cannot be processed, we will send you a new collection kit free of charge.
